The Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship is designed to help you build your business know-how, people management skills and ability to build strong customer relationships – whether you’re looking to develop in your current role or take the next step in your career.

If you’re a Hotel Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Kitchen Manager or Assistant Manager, this apprenticeship is a great opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills, build your confidence and continue developing in your role.

Or, if you’re a Duty Manager, Kitchen Team Leader or Head Housekeeper and are looking to progress into one of these management roles within the next 12 months, this could be the perfect next step for you.

Before completing the nomination form, please speak to your Regional Operations Manager or People Partner and make sure you have their support and approval to progress.

Please note that our enrolment windows are as follows:

Nominations submitted between 1st February and 30th April will be contacted in May for enrolment in June.

Nominations submitted between 1st May and 31st July will be contacted in August for enrolment in September.

Nominations submitted between 1st August and 30th November will be contacted in December for enrolment in January.

Nominations submitted between 1st December and 31st January will be contacted in February for enrolment in March.

ELIGIBILITY

Below are the eligibility criteria to apply for an apprenticeship programme. Dependant on the programme you apply for there may be some other requirements, such as the role you are in or your responsibilities.

• You have been a resident in the EU for the past 3 years

• You are not currently working on a student visa and have no employment restrictions

• You are not starting part or full-time education in the next 18 months

• You have not completed a similar programme
